Service Description. This Site describes Custom Deck Building, Deck Repair, Deck Restoration, Deck Builder, Carpentry Services, Wood Deck Installation, Composite Deck Builder, Deck Contractor provided by Sommers Contracting LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://sommerscontracting.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sommers Contracting LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination. Sommers Contracting LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://sommerscontracting.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Sommers Contracting LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sommers Contracting LLC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Sommers Contracting LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Sommers Contracting LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.
Updates. Sommers Contracting LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
